For the things you put away

Where did I put the travel adapter?

You only need it a few times a year. Somehow, that is just enough time to forget which drawer it went into.

TadaTuck helps you keep a photo and a place together, so the next search has somewhere to start.

A familiar little search

The trip is coming up.
The adapter is somewhere at home.

A work trip is coming up. You open the cable drawer, move a few things around, and pull out the wrong cable. The adapter’s location has slipped from memory.

Then comes a small change. Before putting it away, take a photo and record the drawer.

Next time a work trip comes around, search your saved records for the adapter. Its location points back to the tall cabinet in the study, third drawer. You have a place to look.

Leave yourself a place to look.

You do not have to record the whole house. Pick something you rarely use but seem to need in a hurry: a travel adapter, a card reader, or a spare charging cable.

  1. Take a photo.

Before you put the adapter away, take a photo for its record.

  2. Give it a familiar name.

“Travel adapter” is enough. Use the words you will think of next time.

  3. Save the drawer.

“Study, tall cabinet, third drawer” gives you a clearer starting point than “somewhere in the study.”

For the next time

A record for the next time you need it.

When you need the item again, search your saved records and check its location. If you move it to a different drawer, update the record when you put it away.

The habit is small: a photo, a name, a place. It gives a future version of you something more useful than another guess.

Questions you might have.

Can TadaTuck find something I have not recorded?

TadaTuck searches the records you have saved. Start by recording things when you put them away, including where they belong.

Do I have to photograph everything I own?

Start with one drawer or a few things you tend to forget. Add more as you put them away.

What happens if I move an item?

Update its saved location. Your record is useful when it reflects where you last put the item.

Do I need to enable Cloud AI?

No. You can add items manually or use On-Device Recognition, then organize and search your records without enabling Cloud AI.

Is TadaTuck an iPhone app?

Yes. You record and look up your belongings in the iPhone app.
